Companies grow; some rapidly and others gradually. XVT Solutions, headquartered in Hobart and a branch office in Brisbane has now expanded its wings in Sydney!
The Sydney operations started 8 months ago in Barangaroo with just a single employee and has now increased to a total of 7, in just one month. The speed at which we are growing led to a new home at 5 Martin Place.
As we continue to work on existing and new projects, we also see that some of our existing products are embarking on a new strategic direction.
Our Sydney operations started – thanks to our Lead Business Analyst and ERRCD Product Owner, Tej; who was happy to relocate from Hobart. Tej has been with us for over 4 years and has been heavily involved in the design and management of our Electronic Recording and Reporting of Controlled Drugs (ERRCD) projects.
This is Tej, our Lead BA. She relocated to Sydney from our Hobart office to kick off our new operations.
A team of capable Business Analysts and technical team at XVT; in collaboration with the Federal Department of Health; are working to consolidate the various flavours and versions of ERRCD. This is just the first of the many steps on the horizon for this product. Whilst our Sydney team has been dedicated to work on this project for now, it is expected that we will have many other jurisdictions including WA and Victoria to work with us to expand the roll out of our Real Time Prescription Monitoring System.
Our Sydney based team will also allow us to better service other current and prospective clients in the NSW/ACT region.
